Ends: 18:15 (duration is about 1 hour)

Dr Edward Faber is the second of our internal speakers in the Spring semester, in which he will discuss research new to many of us and which falls outside of one of our temporal areas of teaching.

Edward is a relatively new addition to the School of Archaeological Sciences, beginning employment on the Curious Travellers project in late 2016, and teaching on Masters programmes. Before moving to Bradford, Edward was employed at the University of Nottingham, and ealier at the NCSR Laboratory of Archaeometry, Greece. One of Edwards primary research areas has been on technological behaviour in the production of ceramics, with particular interest on decoration and pigmentation.

We hope that you will join us in welcoming Dr Faber to his first tuesday lecture as a speaker, and enjoy his presentation on the high stakes and espionage of pottery production.
