For the third of our Spring Semester guest lectures we welcome two Old Bradfordians back to the department. Dr Hannah Russ and Dr David Griffiths both completed undergraduate and post-graduate degrees at Bradford, and doctoral research at Bradford and Leicester respectively.

Hannah and David are currently employed by Northern Archaeological Associates, and have a significant back catalogue of excavation across the UK, Europe, and the Near East. Their presentation will address archaeological investigation as part of the A1 improvement scheme, a substantial project which revealed a wealth of information.

We hope that you will join us in welcoming Hannah and David back to Bradford, and enjoy the presentation on recent excavations in northern England.
