Free Photogrammetry Workshop

If you have always wanted to learn how to create your own 3D images this is for you!

The workshop will introduce you to photogrammetry, its importance in archaeology, and the processes involved in creating a 3D image. This FREE workshop will take place between 10am and 3pm on the 1st & 2nd September 2018. You will need to attend both days to take part.

Timetable
Saturday 1st – Introduction to Photogrammetry and Survey of Winters Well Cottage in Hardcastle Crags.
Sunday 2nd – Create a 3D model of Winters Well using the photographs taken.

The workshop will be held at the Pennine Prospects offices, upstairs of the Visitor and Canal Centre, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8AF

PLEASE NOTE: Spaces are limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment. You will require a laptop with downloaded software and a camera (instruction will be provided on booking). We will be surveying in NT Hardcastle Crags on Saturday the 1st September so please ensure you are dressed for the outdoors (hat, trousers, shirts, waterproofs) and wear sturdy boots or wellingtons.
