Bradford at the Royal Society Palaeolandscape Meeting at Chicheley Hall

Bradford’s Lost Frontiers team led the very successful Royal Society meeting on Marine Palaeolandscapes at the Society’s conference centre at Chicheley Hall.

Over 2 days more than 70 delegates from across the world met to discuss current and future collaborations as well as emergent methodologies for research in what must be regarded as one of world archaeology’s newest research areas.

The evening social activities, generously supported by the Royal Society provided important networking opportunities and it is very likely that further collaborative work will emerge from the meeting.
